[Fot] Timing my cam

I just use the information on the cam card to set my cam timing. (usually
at .050" lift on the #1 intake) and advance from there. I see about a
degree of cam retard due to chain stretch so I go a degree advance to begin
with.  I also check the cam events to confirm the grind.
