[Fot] Dual Valve Springs

I have replaced broken springs on my TR6 racecar without removing the  
cylinder head. First do a compression check to confirm that there is  
no internal damage to the combustion area. Run the piston to the top  
of the cylinder you are working on. Then do as you stated to replace  
springs, retainers, keepers. I also found that a bent slender  
screwdriver works inserted through the spark plus hole to keep the  
valve you are working on from slipping down. Roller rockers are nice.  
I use a double roller rocker setup and i like it.
