Going solely by memory hereb&

 

IIRC, we concluded there was a small inclusion.  Starting there, we had small beach marks out to the larger fracture point.  No rust in the fracture.

Can you decribe the crack/break. is it a clean shear? Can you see a lot of small lines across the face(s) ? Dirty at the point of failure?

Approximately three years.  I didnbt crack-check them during that time.
