Try a local spring shop.  When I needed u-bolts some years ago the spring shop
bent them for me to match the axle tube diameter.  Joe(B)

I'm looking for a source for 3/8" grade 8 U bolts (or bolt stock) for
the TR4 solid axle.  I've checked the usual suspects locally but no one
carries bolt stock that small.  Even utility trailer shops don't carry
stock smaller than 1/2".  Sheesh!
