I am not sure grade 8 is required.  Do you need them longer for lowering 
blocks?  You can go to 1/2" and have them custome made or they may have them 
on the shelf.  You drill the mounting plates O.S., of course.  It's a little 
tight, but I have done to two or three TRs when I was unable to find the 
3/8th".</HTML>
