[Roadsters] Hood Latch Stuck

Sometimes a light spray oil is just enough. Use extension tube and blindly
hose what you can reach. Let it sit and possibly seep to the plate that
holds the spring prong captive. That plate, and friction with the fixed
mounting surface, is probably where things are stuck.
