[Roadsters] wiring - early 67 regulator

I'm guessing that you have a 6 pin connector for the Voltage Regulator, and
the White/Red wire is the one in question that goes nowhere right?
If you look at that same Schematic, you'll see that it is the "L" wire or
Charge Lamp facility.
The Roadster doesn't have a Lamp from Factory, it has the Ammeter.
So, if you want, you can use it as a Charge Lamp or ignore it, your choice. 

"according to the diagram, there is black/white, white, yellow, white/black,
and black.  my regulator also has a white/red wire.  what's up with that? 
what do I do with it?  car runs fine without it, but of course very little
of the electrics are hooked up anyway."
