[Roadsters] Top Frame Straps

Anyone with a 1500 3 seater know of a source for those rubber straps that hold
the top frame to the back of the car when the frame is folded down. Have the
metal hardware, but the rubber is old and cracked (and snapped off on one
side). If I can't find NOS or remakes, has anyone made their own with some
elastic straps?
