[Bricklin] HVAC blower mismatch

don't over think the issue, there is no need to move anything, just clan up
both ends of the gap real well and bridge the gap with dynamat or similar. It
is the easiest solution, it will work better  than before but still not
perfect. If you want perfect remove all the original stuff and install a
vintage air gen4 magnum system.
