[6pack] 3-point seat belts (TR4, TR250)

TR250 originally had lap and shoulder belts, but no automatic 
retraction. The attachment points were both on the floor - near the 
b-post and at the base of the opposite side tunnel. Instead of a 
retractor, there was a small plastic hanger near the shoulder attachment 
on the wheel well. These plastic pieces fell off after they were used 
once or twice, so I'm sure you will never see them. I have one 
somewhere. I probably have some photos, but I think Andrew is not 
striving for originality  - Larry Young
