Might as well do everything even remotely related when you've  made the effort to get in there.   From Resurface/lighten flywheel to checking out and servicing your trannie and drive shaft.   I even put a dial gauge on the back of my engine to check fore and aft movement for thrust washer wear.   
 I used LuK/Gunst clutch combo from TRF about 10 years ago.   A bit stiff but solid and accurate.    Buy the best available
