The Hoosier Dirt Stocker is not allowed by CVAR. Yokohama makes two tires that
would work in the wet. The A032R is sold in the US and is decent in the rain.
It's available at Tire Rack. The A021R is designed to be a wet weather racing
tire. The only US source I know for it is the SCCA customer service reps. They
sell the A021R in 185/60-13 and 205/60-13 for the Spec Racer.
