All true. Remember that your allies in the fight against "these idiots"
include everyone who wants to preserve the "open space" that a race track
provides (as opposed to even more urban sprawl), plus every motel,
restaurant, gas station, auto parts house, grocery store or other purveyor
of goods within 25 miles.

As for myself, if I could find a house with a race track on one side and a
railroad track on the other, I'd think that I'd died and gone to Heaven.
