In both cases, I'm sure they must get it right sometimes (or they'd be out of 
business already).  The real question is how often do they get it wrong?


 The real question is how do they respond when they do get it wrong.  Everybody 
gets it wrong sometimes (human nature) but they should own up to it and make it 
right.

I'm sure they get a lot of returns that were not their fault.  We get a lot 
where the serviceman just started replacing parts until the problem was fixed 
and then returned everything he took out.  Never mind that it was the last part 
that was at fault.  But rather than pitch a bitch they should handle the 
situation more diplomatically.
