I understand your point........... but I really don't want to tread in those 
waters.  I think it would be a better idea that if somebody wants to make a 
donation to VTR on Fred's memory that would be better.  Thanks for the idea 
though.

Sounds great.  


My only suggestion is maybe some profit should be made and it should be 
forwarded to the VTR.  Fred really loved the VTR and I would think that would 
be a fitting gesture.
