What I did with my tank, once I soaped, cleaned, tested, and ensured it was
solid, was paint it with POR-15, then rested it on a bicycle innner tube cut
to proper lengths.B  With that kind of prep on the outside, the only thing you
should have to worry about is water on the inside.



At least, in theory.
