So I was listening to the news this morning to a BBC broadcast - the UK
wants to limit top speed of all cars to no more than 25% higher than the
regular posted speed limits.
Doesn't that put top speeds at about 90 mph?
(Unless you consider the highest posted speed limit is actually the gray
sign / black circle with the slash through it - unrestricted speed - but
I doubt that is considered)
