I could, if you'd quote the rest of the number.  The magic decoder ring is also
known as the Hardware Catalogue for use with Standard Triumph Vehicles, and
Francois has kindly posted a copy of the scan produced by a consortium of list

Sorry, I don't know them offhand and I'm too lazy to go hunt through the SPC at
the moment.  But it's not rocket science by any means, a simple ruler should be
plenty accurate enough to measure the car to find out what diameter and length
you need.  I'm pretty sure they are NF thread, probably 3/8" diameter.  Of
course I'm assuming you want the rather long bolts that fasten the bracket to
the frame, rather than the shorter bolts that clamp the bracket onto the
trunnion on the steering box.
