Perhaps an apt thread to relate a recent occurence.  On this list 
TeriAnn & I had similar problems with TR3 repro jack handles purchased 
from Moss (US) some years back.  It took me a long time to notice the 
problem as it looked fine and only in actual use did the difficulty 
become apparent.

We were both contacted by the Product Quality Assurance Department at 
Moss and in my case I was sent a replacement jack for testing (and to 
keep) which proved to be correct (the earlier one had a mis-sized nut 
opening).

This was certainly 'over the top' as far as customer service in general 
-- yet not unprecedented where Moss is concerned.  It has been my 
experience that they (and also TRF) stand behind what they sell and 
really want us to be satisfied and successful with what we get from them.
