Guy,

I've done a TON of parts cleaning over the past 14 months during my
off-frame restoration of a '59 TR3A. I spent $25 for a gallon of Marine
Clean from the POR-15 folks, then spent $8.00 for a gallon of Simple Green
at Home Depot. Findings? Simple Green worked as well at 1/3rd the cost and
was readily available. Get two plastic pans, one for a 40% solution of
Simple Green, the other for fresh rinse water. Let things soak and you
won't have to scrub, unless you're in a hurry.
