My only comment is to be sure to use solid-core (not that carbon fiber
stuff) wire.  The "spiral wound" stuff might be OK too, haven't tried it.
But the carbon stuff that is normally used on newer cars will burn around
where the screws pierce the insulation, and quickly fail.

Almost any aftermarket solid-core set should work, just cut the ends off to
the appropriate length.

I believe the cap from a MG Midget will also work, but I haven't tried it.
