Yeah, there's no reason not to, but I think that engine's gonna have to come
apart. With dry/wet compression pressures
like that, there are certainly some cylinders that have some valve problems.
However, it's almost a truism that fixing
valves on an engine with rings that worn will simply cause even more blow-by
and oil consumption than before.
Given the hard starting, and those compression figures, I'd say that engine is
slap worn out and due for a rebuild.
