What is a headed windscreen?  Im guessing the windshield fogging problem I
have here would not be eliminated by this.  It is dificult to eliminate it
with anything without a/c.  You have to turn on the heat.  That would be
nearly impossible with the windows up in the rain in 100degree 110% humidity
day.
