The "certified Bank Check" will cost you. It will be a forgery. The bank 
teller will accept it, credit it to your account, you will send the difference 
to 
the guy who contacted you, give the car to the buyer, and 3 days later your 
bank will tell you the "Certified Bank Check" is a forgery, and charge you for 
it.
