Even with 10-15 in/Hg vac at the dipstick tube
(leaky tube to block...wiggle could jack it to 20 in/Hg.)
the rocker cover still 'puff's' about a lb. It will build up
almost 2.5lbs of pressure in the rocker cover
even though there is a vacuum in the crank.

hhhmm... so where is the rocker cover pressure coming from?

Vacuum - Long
