Many thanks Michael for your eulogies and I'm delighted you ALL enjoyed the
event. As many listers are aware, this is a UK activity and to keep it in
the same week as all the other Standard-Triumph celebrations, we had to run
it today, Friday. Because of that, I know many enthusiasts who waanted to
sign up for today were unable to take part because a four letter word called
WORK took precedence.
However, all is not lost and we'll be doing it again on 24th August this
year - but this time it's called The 'TEST HILLS' Run. Route is identical to
today and cars of any British make made in Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and
Abingdon are eligible to take part as all the manufacturers used these hills
themselves. Get the word out among your friends and have them contact me
off-list for further details.
