Rust is just like "cancer" unless you remove all of the problem it will just
continuie to spead, but by leaving some you have helped it get a head start,
blasting it is one way and glass beads will not do any harm to the "8" seat
area, your wire wheel will do a great job also, yes on the painting, POR-15
works fine, I also recommned "No-Rosion" as a additive for your radiator
(well worth the price)
