Andy,
When you say three-rail gearbox, what does that mean? I purchased a sleeve
that the TO bearing rides on that is longer than the original sleeve. I am
thinking that this is the correct sleeve for the diaphragm style clutch.
Are you saying that the arm is different as well? As far as the slave
cylinder goes, I purchased one that belongs to a '69 spit, so that should be
compatible.

Thanks,

I can't help you with any of those measurements per se, but I can tell you
that Triumph changed not only the clutch disc and pressure plate, but also
the throwout bearing, the throwout arm and even the slave cylinder at the
same time. Probably all you really need to do is to procure the correct
throwout arm (from any Mk2, M3 or even MkIV or early 1500 three-rail
gearbox).
