Just a quick side comment on something that seems to surprise people ...
there is still a large part of the US that does not have cell phone coverage
... mostly it seems in the better driving areas ! When you're looking at
that "Next Services 104 miles" sign, odds are there isn't cell phone
coverage either ... same goes for the "No Trucks over 2 axles" sign. So,
don't rely on your cell phone too much.
