book, get some better testing equipment, and pay some more attention to

Bryce, if you don't already have one, get one of Dan Master's TR6 wiring
books. His email is DANMAS@aol.com . From what I've seen, the
schematics in the Bentley just don't match US-spec cars, Dan's book is
the only place to find an accurate schematic for your car. It's also
full of troubleshooting hints and step-by-step instructions.
Then get a test lamp like

Connect the lead to ground, turn the key on and start following the
circuit finding where there is and isn't power. Start at the fuse
block, checking for power on both sides of the fuse in question, not
only on the fuse but on the terminals (the block itself may have opened
up). Work outward from there, the problem should quickly become
obvious.
