Calling Mike Pumford - international calling

Okay so I'm inept when it comes to international calling :)
I'm trying to reach Mike Pumford from the states. He has indicated "int code
+ 01516320002"
Which appears to have too many digits. Dialing 011 44 01516320002 gives me
the message "cannot complete as dialed". Any suggestions for the telephony
challenged would be appreciated.
