Ask the manufacturer of the head gasket what if anything to use.  Modern head 
gaskets do not need or want any sort of sealer.  The "print o seal" type come 
with silicone sealer silk screened around the water passages.  Some head 
gaskets come coated with a glue and are wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh.
