I have a 69 GT6 with OD (D-type, I think). Not original, it was added at
some point. I have the original owner's manual, but since it came w/o OD,
there is no mention of proper ways to shift it. Hence, my questions.
When shifting into and out of OD, is it best to:
* Leave foot steady on the throttle
* Let up on the throttle until OD is engaged
* Use clutch, like a normal shift
I await the words of the wise and experienced ones.
