Hope everyone is having a good British Car Week, whether it is rolling
or restoring.

The weather in S.E. Wisconsin has been its usual turbulent self. I have
been able to drive my GT6 to work and back only two days, Tuesday and
today. I would have had it out over the holiday weekend except I spent
it cleaning and organizing my garage (and house) for a move at he end of
June to larger quarters (house AND garage space - yea!). Wednesday it
was rainy and I just didn't want to drive in that kind of mess.
Yesterday was supposed to be full of T-storms starting in the early
afternoon so I didn't drive again. Needless to say the sun shone all day
long and the storms never developed.

Therefore, not that I have done a lot of road time, I am disappointed
that I have only one sighting to report for the Milwaukee metropolitan
area (any other VTOW members out there that drove?). But coincidentally
I know who it was. Wednesday afternoon after the rain had cleared a bit
a good friend of mine pulled onto the freeway (I-94 West) right in front
of me. My other 'sightings' have been late model Jaguars, which don't
count because I'm not sure these people even know or care they are
driving British iron, and a 'brand-new - 347 miles' Canadian Mini
sitting in a used car dealer's lot.
