While checking out the website for

www.backyardbuddy.com

I noticed that they are selling air jacks as an accessory for their lifts.
The small one is seemingly exhorbitantly priced at $385.

I've long thought a low profile air jack would be a handy thing to have.

Don't suppose anyone knows of another (cheaper) source or a competing product?

It' be nice to get the car a few inches up in the air. . .just enough to get a
tire off the ground. Then I could insert blocks and use the regular floor jack
to go higher if needed.

As it stands now. . . the front crossmember clearance is so low I can't get my
jack under there. I either try to drive up on some small blocks first, or
come in through the wheelwell behind the front wheel and jack up just one side
of the car to get a block under it.

By the way .. .I have slightly less than 5" ground clearance.
