Fred-
Can't recall what you're working on, but Heralds run 1 to 2 1/2 lbs. by
spec. The way to increase or decrease the pressure is usually by putting a
thinker or thinner gasket in. (Thicker, decrease, thinner- increase) Have
you replaced your gasket recently- might be too thick if you did.
Check your oil for a fuel smell- you may have ruptured the diaphragm and
that is causing the loss of pressure.
