Aluminum Flywheel and clutch for TR6

Anybody out there who has used an aluminum flywheel on their TR6
who would care to provide some feedback on pros and cons? 

How about clutch preferences? I guess the Laycock is preferred
over the Borg & Beck (the one that came out is a B & B).  I know
there is a hybrid clutch (mixed parts from various vehicles) that
has been discussed previously -- any feedback on that approach? 
Is it worth the effort?
