Hi, Now that I have the flywheel off the engine, I am looking at the rear main seal. It looks fine, no trace of a leak, but I am wondering since I have it down this far, should I renew the seal? Can it be done without dropping the pan? How much extra work work is it versus the likelihood of the seal leaking? thanks in advance, doug |
