Welcome to the triumph list. I am always glad to see another GT6 person
get on the list. I have had my GT6 since 1971 (before you were born,
yikes) and now my kids are eyeballing it. It's a great car and I know you
will get a lot of good advise here on the list. There is a GT6 list on the
web that Sam Gentry is maintaining so post your information so he can add
you to the list. It kind of sounds like you may have an MK1 judging from
the com number. It also sounds like it's been rebuilt with several
different years worth of parts as many of these cars are.

Here is the address of the data base to add yours too. Sam also has a lot
of great information and pictures on his page.

The address is: http://www.cfw.com/~hsgentry

Good luck with the car and enjoy.
