Hey Carl
Check the operating lever adjustment. Disconnect the solenoid bracket and
operate by hand while turning the input shaft with a drill. You can also try
cleaning the valves/seats. If memory serves there's a pressure relief valve
behind the solenoid mounting plate - spring and ball bearing.
