And then I'd ask for a discount on future work.

Unless they've specified it in the contract, it seems to me they
are using your car for profit-making purposes without your consent.
I'm certainly no lawyer, but this seems to fall in the same realm as the
disclaimer new car buyers have to sign just so the dealer can put his
cute little logo on the back of the car.  And showing a picture
of your Spitfire certainly doesn't qualify as "news reporting."

A good businessman would at least have asked you first, seems to me.
