More POR 15

List,
I went to order some of the POR 15 black ($30.00) and was reading the
instructions for application.  According to them I will also need some
Marine clean ($30.00) and some metal cleaner ($20.00).  Is this stuff really
needed?  None of the previous respones reccomended it.  I don't want to be
cheap but this POR is gonna make me POOR!  What about Extend?
