Just opened the Ertl TR-6 model painted BRG. The green is a
little light, but great none the less. For those of you
that have the blue and red models, the BRG version is
interesting in that it is packaged as an "American Muscle
Collectors Edition"! This is a way to squeeze more $ out of
we toy collectors, by making the limited editions just a bit
different.
I think this edition is for the USA market only, and thus
not packaged in the British Heritage box like the blue and
red editions. There are only 2500 of these made, and they
should all be at least sold in the USA.
There are now 3 Triumphs @ the larger 1:18 scale - TR6,
TR3A, and a beautiful Spitfire.
