Bryan, go to www.vtr.org.  Click on the TR4 picture and read my article on
"production numbers."  What I say there holds true for the TR250's. BTW your
comm# plate also says the car color was originally "New White" (19)>  I think
the (11) means black interior.  (I'll double check the (11) at lunch - if I'm
wrong I'll get back to you this afternoon).
