Hi gang,
For those who don't remember, my TR-6 was backed into by a van, and shortly
thereafter threw a connecting rod (I think). I'm finally getting around to
working on it, now that I have time and facilities again. The body work is a
no brainer for me, but I'm having one last tussle with the question of whether
to rebuild the 6 or put in a V-8.

My car is already modified with poly bushings, Carrera front shocks, Apple HD
rear shocks, cut springs, solid rack mount, roll bar, etc. I also milled and
ported the head, hot cam, installed a header and free flow exhaust. As you can
see, originality is not important to me.

I would like to hear pro and con from anyone with a V-8 powered TR-4 through 6.
Also any installation advice, major headaches, etc. I'm just wondering if I
should spend my money on a balanced and blueprinted bottom end or pick up a
good used 5.0 and T-5. (If only I could fit the DOHC 4.6 from my Cobra in
there...)
