  MIG. You can also do plug welds with MIG that function as
spot welds just take a little longer.

  ...as well requires a great deal of skill and
hand-eye-foot coordination. I am not sure if a home
hobbyists like ourselves would ever get truly good
at it by just working on a few cars.
