Oil Pressure question

I  was wondering if I have air in my oil pressure line if I get a reading
of about 2 to 5 psi at idle once the car is warmed up. Going down the
highway I get 60psi. The oil light doen't come on while I sit, but once I
just touch the gas pedal it jumps right on up.
If I do can you bleed the air out?
