Unfortunately they probably won't slide out! One way to remove then is
to find some threaded rod long enough to go through both bushings, put a
nut and washer on both ends, and tighten them down. The bushings will be
pulled in. 

Using floor jacks is a good method for relieving spring tension, just
make sure that it is firmly against the swing arm. There is a lot of
force there.
