I want to tap your knowledge and experience again. Where is a good place to
mount the speakers in the 4A? I have converted to Negative ground (cheaper
than fixing the old AM positive ground radio) and I am trying to determine
where to put the speakers without cutting any metal. I know the TR6 had some
panels hiding the radio etc along the trans tunnel. Will these fit my 4A?
I know there isn't very much difference in this area of the cars, so I am
wondering if this is the best solution. Also, Does anyone have a pattern or
set of these they could trace and mail the patterns to me?

I have 3 British cars,, TR 4, Austin Healey 3000 and a Bugeye,
I buy speakers that are self contained and just lay them on the floor behind
the drivers seat, they dont move around and so far (12 years of doing this)
haven't been ripped off...............some speakers have the spring clip
connection terminals, makes them easier to remove and put in the trunk if you
are worried about them when the car is left unattended.............also if you
show your car, you dont loose points for the panels being butchered
.....................just another option, works for me
