Tom,

According to "The Book", the difference between the 4A and the 250
grill is as follows, ".....matt black paint on the parts of the
horizontal bars that face upwards, the sharper leading edges of the
bars still being polished. The bottom horizontal bar was no longer
scalloped to clear the non-existent starting handle, unlike on the
TR4A."

Basically if you don't have the hole crank handle on the grille its a
250 grille otherwise its probably for a 4A.
